Embattled International Automobile Federation (FIA) president Max “The Littlest Perv” Mosley rejected new calls for his immediate resignation today, preferring to let his fate over a lurid sex scandal be decided by a secret vote.
“The communications I received from club presidents were overwhelmingly in favour of my remaining as president,” Mosley wrote to leading automobile clubs that had demanded his resignation a day earlier.
“I therefore had no choice but to submit the question to the FIA membership as a whole. I certainly could not have simply ignored the majority and resigned.
“Together with other member clubs of the FIA you will be free to express your views to the assembly next Tuesday.”
My couple of Sheckles: It’s the continuing lie of the alleged club presidents in favor of Mosley staying he’s banking on and the sole reason he favors a secret ballot.
By keeping everyone’s preference in secret Mosley hopes it gives them the cover to publicly state their opposition, yet in the secrecy of the “voting booth” vote to retain the despicable little twerp.
Mosley’s bluff, not to mention the lie, should be called.
Hold a secret ballot. On having a secret ballot.
When the idea is voted down, which I believe it would be, air the vote for his job status live on a world-wide satellite feed.

I respectfully disagree, IMHO the secret ballot may well be his enemy. Having been unable to divert the EGM from a vote on his holding of the position of president, into a vote on the future direction of F1’s commercial agreements & future chassis/engine regulations, Max may find the “silent” (too scared to speak publicly?) majority voting to oust him.
Some brave souls have put their names to paper in protest, but I suspect that the silent delegates e.g. The United Kingdom, will find courage in not having to show their hand in an open forum.
I was wavering in my belief that he would survive, however, these recent protests & the rejection of the “compromise” retirement he was offered has almost convinced me he will be axed……..& good f******g bye, dont let the door hit you on the way out Max!

BTW, I hope all of the clubs have heard this little gem from Max,
“Although I am personally embarrassed and greatly regret that this affair has become public, no one fails to call for roadside assistance because of it”
What a dickhead, if the world has not stopped spinning then there is no problem.
